There are several programs that a first time home buyer can take advantage of. If you are looking to purchase a home within the Bloomington city limits, check into the Home Buyers Club. The program will not only help you understand more about the process of buying a home, and what to expect. But, you may also qualify for up to $5000.00 in closing cost assistance.

I’m here to help you as well. From any questions that you may have before you begin your search, to finding the right home for you. I’ll make sure all of the details are taken care of throughout the entire process, and continue to help you even after closing. Call me at 812-345-3712.
